As a Payroll Officer at TMF Group, you’ll deliver payroll services to a diverse range of international clients. This role requires expertise in payroll legislation and the ability to manage payroll processes end-to-end. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll operations, collaborating closely with clients, and addressing complex queries.

- Process monthly payrolls for international clients with precision and timeliness, adhering to TMF’s high standards.
- Gather, review, and validate payroll input data, ensuring it meets client and regulatory requirements.
- Utilize payroll software to process data, generate reports, and cross-check results for accuracy.
- Support client calls and meetings alongside senior team members, contributing to high-quality client service.
- Handle payroll queries promptly and professionally while maintaining excellent client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with statutory obligations, especially during tax year-end processes.
- A payroll qualification, such as PDL; VPS certification is advantageous, and TMF Group offers VPS training.
- At least 2 years of experience in a payroll delivery role, ideally with exposure to international or expat payrolls.
- Proficiency in end-to-end payroll processing and expertise in MS Office applications.
- Experience with Unit4 payroll software is a plus.
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
