The Payroll officer is in charge of supporting our Belgian Payroll team from our hub in Ebene, he/she will be part of a growing payroll department, providing payroll services to a diverse range of international clients.
He/She will have a solid understanding of payroll legislation and will be able to process payrolls from start to finish.
- Establish a good relationship with your clients based on trust;
- Client meetings and conference calls, act as an advisor;
- Act as a team player and contribute to the growth of our team with your ideas;
- Be responsible for a client portfolio assisted by our seniors in more complex scenarios
- Affiliation of international clients
- Daily communication with international clients
- Processing payroll based on input received
- Providing required output documents
- Assistance with local legislation
- Processing joiners and leavers
- Responsible for the Dimona declaration of joiners
- Calculation of settlements for leavers
- Team player
- Client-centered
- Fluent in English - Dutch or French is a plus
- Responsible and organized
- Good communication skills - Communicates information in a clear and concise manner
- Act with integrity
- Expertise in all MS Office packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
- Remote working agreement : 3 days of home-working per week
- Travelling allowance: 3000 MUR per month
- Insurance and Pension Plan are paid by the company
