Katowice is also the location for our second structure - the Regional Delivery Center, whose task is to serve the European markets of our clients, companies from the Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 rankings. As part of the structures, we are looking for specialists in the field of international accounting & tax, human resources and payroll, and global entity management. We also build teams that will be responsible for handling international funds and supporting internal financial processes of the TMF Group.
Currently we are searching for a Payroll Specialist to support our German Payroll Onboarding team from our hub in Poland. If you're looking to work in an international environment and acquire new knowledge in payroll legislation, we will support you in achieving greater goals!
At this role you will have possibility to work remotely.
- Provide assistance to the onboarding team with the implementation of payroll in our P&I LOGA payroll system
- Verifies the accuracy and consistency of the employee master data received
- Supports in setting up a new customer, including all the necessary functions and support for the individual steps required (parallel run, penny test and others) including data reconciliation
- Setting up employee master data in the payroll software in accordance with the customer data
- Work with the client payroll team, business development team, and other internal departments to make sure everything goes smoothly during the transition
- Processing of smaller payrolls for German customers
- At least 2 year of experience in processing German payroll end to end
- Ability to work with large volumes of information
- Fluency in English
- German language will be considered as an asset
- Experience in a similar role or business with good client servicing skills is preferred
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate processing of payroll information
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive payroll information
- Familiarity with MS Office applications such as Excel and Outlook and
- Experiences with P&I Loga would be an asset but not a must
