As a Payroll Specialist, you will support the Payroll Team Leader in delivering high-quality, timely payroll services to our clients. You’ll play a key role in ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction. You’ll be part of a collaborative and supportive team, working from our beautiful office at Vasagatan 38, Stockholm. - Support the Payroll Team Leader and Onboarding Specialist in the smooth onboarding of new clients
- Set up payroll systems and interpret client data to enable accurate payroll processing
- Translate client-specific requirements into tailored payroll solutions
- Prepare and maintain payroll calculations for multiple clients, ensuring compliance and precision
- Organize and file documentation according to internal procedures, maintaining complete and orderly client records
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery
- Meet payroll deadlines consistently across all client accounts
- Stay informed about legislative changes affecting payroll and apply updates as needed
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, responding to queries professionally and efficiently
- Liaise with external stakeholders such as auditors, banks, and authorities
- Handle payroll data with strict confidentiality, sharing only with authorized personnel
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
We’re looking for someone with solid payroll experience who is ready to grow in a dynamic, international environment.
- 3–4 years of relevant outsourcing payroll experience preferred
- Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and verbal
- Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience in client-facing roles or service-oriented environments is a plus
