We are looking for a Power BI Developer with strong technical skills in Power BI (and experience with SQL would be considered an advantage) to join our Reporting team. As we continue to scale with our global Dynamics 365 implementation, communication with internal (finance) stakeholders, performing analysis and developing new reports is an important part of this role. This is a chance to gain international exposure within a globally successful company.

• Develop, optimize, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports based on business and technical requirements with the support of senior analysts
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document reporting needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reporting solutions
• Ensure data accuracy and performance of Power BI reports
• Work on change requests and issue resolution related to existing Power BI reports

Ideally, you meet the following criteria:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Power BI development, including basic proficiency in SQL. Extended experience with SQL is considered a plus
• University or college degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, incl. DAX, Power Query, and security setup
• Understanding of data modeling, ETL processes and data warehouse structures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Good command of the English language
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions, as well as communicate independently with stakeholders and supporting teams
• Eagerness to learn and a problem-solving attitude
• Intermediate DAX skills (e.g., measures, calculated columns, time intelligence) preferred
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
• Proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems
• Familiarity with Azure Databricks
• Background or knowledge in Finance
