The principal will: lead in the identification, scoping, building, of various projects and learning programs (primarily) independently, in support of and coordination with key stakeholders; continuously aim to review, assess, and expand the impact and approach to learning being delivered to the business; utilize data, best practices, and other means to partner with and guide key stakeholders in driving learning goals.
- Conduct and leverage ongoing research in business-critical areas that support learning
- development and delivery
- Support junior team members with ongoing feedback and guidance to transferring
- knowledge, best practices, resources, etc. to support the overall performance of the team
- Owns and manages long-term deliverables where junior team members may be aligned to
- support
- Will deliver training to the business (locally or globally), while supporting the development
- and delivery of more junior team members
- Will lead various projects or programs being delivered within the Business Academy team
- Will lead the promotion and awareness of learning opportunities to the business, identifying
- new and innovative approach to connect with the target audience
- Qualified and experienced professional (6-9 years) with L&D and/or business relevant background
- Proven track record in TMF or other organizations that align to the scale and scope to which this role requires
- Is proficient in use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, in line with team needs Learning facilitation perceived as advanced, able to connect with a live audience (virtual or in-person)
- Able to (or has already) build strong ties across the business
- Experienced and credible as a learning design and facilitator, with one or more recognized specialisms
- Understands stakeholders, identifies their needs, and provides direct 'how-to' solutions
- Seeks out learning opportunities to meet needs of current scope of role, and potential future areas not actively engaged in
- Understands the concepts of learning design, impact, and evaluation and can explain them to others in the team
