Discover the Role

Based out of our London office you will support the Private Wealth & Family Office team with managing an interesting personal tax and trust client base.  This is an exciting time to join the team as we look to expand further and there will be plenty of opportunity to grow your career within a friendly, supportive and flexible working environment.


Key Responsibilities

This is a varied role where your primary responsibility will be the preparation of personal and trust tax returns together with accounts for your diverse portfolio of clients such as individuals, families, entrepreneurs, charities and businesses.  You will also have opportunities to be involved with improving efficiencies within the team as well as plenty of opportunity to learn and develop.  Your role will include;

  • Preparing year end accounts for clients with supporting schedules
  • Preparing personal and trust tax returns
  • Assisting with the enhancement of our existing processes and developing our service offering
  • Building strong relationships with clients, the team and the wider TMF network
  • Continually keeping up to date with relevant UK tax changes

Key requirements
  • Excellent people skills to build and retain strong relationships
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence collaborating with senior stakeholders
  • An ability to work pro-actively and manage your own tasks
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Some understanding of personal tax and trust compliance would be useful or a willingness and interest in learning
  • Enthusiasm to grow and develop
  • Competence in the use of Microsoft Office packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook) and standard in house packages
  • Minimum 3 A –levels and 5 GCSE’s (A-C) including English and Maths
