Key Responsibilities

1. Process Coordination:

 Oversee daily activities related to book closures to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

2. Stakeholder Engagement:

 Work closely with different departments to maintain alignment and address any issues that may arise.

 Build good relationships through open communication.

3. Task Management:

 Assign tasks to team members and check in on their progress to ensure all activities are completed on time.

 Provide support and guidance to team members where needed.

4. Scheduling:

 Set schedules for tasks (daily, weekly, monthly) to meet deadlines for book closures.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

 Keep accurate records of the book closure processes and prepare reports as needed to keep track of progress.

6. Issue Resolution:

 Identify key contacts for each role involved in the process and manage any escalations to handle problems effectively.

7. Knowledge Sharing:

 Develop and maintain clear documents and guidelines for consistency and best practices.

 Encourage team members to share knowledge to improve processes.


Key Requirements

Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.

 2 -3 years of experience in a similar role, with at least 2 years in a coordination or leadership capacity.

 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

 Good communication and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

 Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.

Technical Skills:

 Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally , SAP, Oracle).

 Experience with project management tools

 Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
