TMF

The Product Analyst – Service Management Tool (SMT) is responsible for supporting the development and continuous improvement of TMF Group’s internal SMT platform.

This role bridges product, data, and business operations, ensuring:

• Accurate service scoping
• Strong governance
• Efficient commercial execution

The analyst works closely with multiple global stakeholders to ensure the tool remains reliable, user-friendly, and a single source of truth for service and catalogue data.

1. Product & Requirements Analysis

• Gather and analyse business and technical requirements
• Convert requirements into user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria
• Support backlog refinement and prioritisation using insights

2. Service Scope & Data Analysis

• Analyse service scope data and country-specific variations
• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and improvement areas
• Ensure SMT maintains accurate and high-quality catalogue data

3. Stakeholder Collaboration

• Act as a link between business teams and product/technology teams
• Conduct workshops, UAT sessions, and feedback discussions
• Ensure outputs meet pre-sales and commercial contract needs (MSAs/SOWs)

4. Reporting & Insights

• Track usage, adoption, and data quality metrics
• Create dashboards and KPIs
• Provide insights for product and process improvements

5. Delivery & Change Support

• Assist with Agile processes (sprint planning, release readiness)
• Support UAT coordination
• Prepare training materials and documentation
• Monitor post-release feedback and improvements

Experience

• Background as a Product Analyst / Business Analyst
• Experience with enterprise or digital platforms
• Exposure to service-based or outsourcing environments

Skills

• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Ability to work with structured data and catalogues
• Knowledge of data governance and quality improvement

Stakeholder & Communication

• Excellent documentation and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in global, multi-country teams
• Strong written and verbal communication

Technical & Process Knowledge

• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Understanding of commercial processes, service catalogues, and scope management
