Discover the Role

The Project Coordinator supports the successful delivery of payroll integration and implementation projects by coordinating activities, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment across internal teams and client stakeholders.

This role focuses on project governance, documentation, communication, and tracking, enabling Implementation Leads, Integration Consultants, and Project Managers to deliver projects within defined timelines, scope, and quality standards.


Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Tracking

  • Support project onboarding activities, including scheduling kick-offs and collecting inputs
  • Maintain project plans, trackers, and timelines aligned with implementation phases
  • Track project progress from initiation through go-live and BAU handover
  • Monitor milestones, deliverables, and adherence to project timelines

Governance & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate project status trackers, dashboards, and RAG updates
  • Track risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations with visibility to stakeholders
  • Ensure adherence to project governance, processes, and standards
  • Support preparation of project reports and updates

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Coordinate across Project Managers, Integration Consultants, Developers, Local Offices, and Client teams
  • Schedule and manage meetings, ensuring follow-ups and closure of action items
  • Capture meeting outcomes and maintain action trackers

Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain and update project documentation, including plans, reports, meeting minutes, and sign-offs
  • Ensure compliance with implementation standards, templates, and governance frameworks
  • Adhere to escalation processes for delays, risks, and resource challenges

Delivery Support & Continuous Improvement

  • Support integration, testing, and deployment workstreams
  • Assist in monitoring and resolving project issues
  • Participate in lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Build effective relationships with stakeholders and internal teams

Additional Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and deliverables
  • Support billable project activities where applicable
  • Perform other duties as required

Key Requirements

Experience & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, or delivery support roles
  • Experience in HR, Payroll, IT, or integration project environments (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to work with both functional and technical stakeholders
  • Knowledge of payroll processes is an advantage

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Experience with project tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, Planner, reporting tools)
  • Understanding of project management frameworks and governance models
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies
