TMF Group is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Global Team to execute project or service activities across a defined scope with growing autonomy, managing assigned deliverables and contributing to the successful delivery of client outcomes. The role applies subject matter knowledge to resolve standard problems, supports coordination of activities, and acts as a reliable contributor within delivery teams.
- Manage assigned project or operational activities end-to-end within defined scope
- Ensure deliverables meet timelines, quality standards and requirements
- Support development and maintenance of project plans and schedules
- Coordinate activities across stakeholders and workstreams
- Act as point of contact for assigned tasks or stakeholders
- Communicate progress, risks, and issues clearly
- Identify and resolve standard problems using existing guidelines
- Escalate complex issues appropriately
- Contribute to improving processes and tools within the team
- Support onboarding of new team members when required
- Technical Skills
- Solid working knowledge within own discipline
- Ability to apply guidelines and policies to varied situations
- Proficiency in relevant tools and systems (e.g. planning, reporting tools)
- 3–5 years relevant experience; performs a range of straightforward assignments, resolves problems using prescribed guidelines with moderate guidance.
- Knowledge of service line or previous experience in HRP, A&T or GEM (asset)
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
- Demonstrated experience maintaining project artefacts (plans, RAID basics, actions) and coordinating stakeholders.
