About the role

Our Digital Transformation is gaining pace, leveraging technology and business improvement approaches to drive innovation, improve service quality and reduce costs across our 87 locations and 12 000+ staff.

Our Project Managers partner with Business Leaders and Functional Experts to select, deploy, improve and embed technology solutions which makes life better for our clients and staff alike.

We are looking for an experienced project Coordinator, with a strong ability to connect technology and business teams, to join our Digital Project Management Team.

Within the role the successful applicant will work across a range of different projects which could include application deployment, infrastructure changes, M&A and other such work.

 



Key Responsibilities


  • Partner with the business to ensure business problems are clearly documented and understood;
  • Apply professional experiences and TMF best practice to shape a project approach which will deliver desired outcomes;
  • Work with domain experts to select appropriate technologies.
  • Design effective governance and reporting structures which fit the size & complexity of projects;
  • Build robust business cases which articulate the purpose, cost and benefit of a project;
  • Build & maintain project plans to monitor progress and identify challenges;
  • Create steerco packs to update stakeholders at operational and leadership levels;
  • Own project financials (cost & benefit), providing monthly reporting on progress vs business case;
  • Manage project resourcing from Operations, Technology, Business & 3rd party suppliers
  • Manage project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies
  • Act as a bridge between technology and business teams to enable project delivery
  • Partner with Business and Operational Excellence Leaders to deliver effective change management which sees technology embedded into daily operations

 



Key requirements

About you

Ideally, you are meeting following hiring criteria:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in managing technology enabled change projects from initiation to realization;
  • Profound expertise in technology;
  • Experience of working across a matrix organization with involvement of various Team Leads, technical resources or external vendors is highly preferred;
  • Solid Organizational skills and ability to multitask;
  • Strong communication and presentation skills;
  • Exceptional written and spoken English;
  • Ability to operate independently and drive projects 

 

Bonus Criteria

  • Proven experience in working with and managing 3rd party service agreements (TDA, SOW, Business case);
  • Experience driving successful project completion across multiple countries, time zones and cultures;
  • Advanced project management qualification (PMP, PMI, Prince2 or equivalent) is preferred
  • M+A Knowledge and experience.
