We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead complex D365 F&O and CRM implementations. The ideal candidate is a servant-leader who can blend Agile/Scrum methodologies with deep technical project oversight to deliver high-value business outcomes
- Project Lifecycle Management: Lead end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
- Agile Facilitation: Orchestrate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives to drive iterative value delivery
- Backlog & Scope Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional requirements, manage the product backlog, and prevent scope creep
- Technical Liaison: Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into technical specifications for Dynamics CRM and F&O
- Risk & Issue Mitigation: Proactively identify project blockers or technical issues within the D365 environment and develop effective resolution strategies
- Resource & Budget Tracking: Manage project financials and resource allocation using D365 F&O project management modules where applicable
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or related technical field
- 4–7 years of project management experience
- Strong understanding of PM methodologies. Preference would be given to having knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks (Kanban, Lean)
- Proficiency in JIRA, MS Project, Confluence
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP, PRINCE2
- Active CSM (Certified ScrumMaster), PSM (Professional Scrum Master), or PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner)
- Experience in regulated industries
- Experience with process mapping tools
