In this role you will be responsible for a variety of Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) tasks for our internal finance team in Bulgaria including but not limited to creating purchase orders, verifying invoices, processing payments, and bank accounts administration, as well as ensuring budget compliance.
You will be working in a team of 8 colleagues who are scattered all over Eastern Europe. This is an exciting opportunity to work in our internal finance department, where you will have an opportunity to work with both local and international colleagues.
- On-time bank statement posting;
- Receive and review invoices and/or other documentation for completeness and compliance with defined policies and procedures;
- Ensure the accuracy of the Bank Master Data in the ERP systems;
- Resolution of internal client queries;
- Reconciliation of accounts;
- Ensure proper matching of invoices with the payments;
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports preparation;
- Support activities related to Internal Controls and Audits;
- Accurately and timely perform all activities, according to the guidelines received from Supervisor.
The successful candidate is analytical and methodical with experience in accounting. Possesses knowledge of P2P transactions & tax regulations coupled with strong time management abilities. Integrity, team spirit, and good communication skills are highly valued attributes.
Ideally, you are meeting the following hiring criteria:
- University Degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting or Economics;
- Experience in a similar position is necessary (a minimum of 2 to 3 years);
- Ideally you have experience with Dytrix and Microsoft Dynamics 365;
- Excellent command of both English and Bulgarian language is required;
- Knowledge of local P2P processes and accounting procedures;
- Proficient user of MS Office;
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills;
- Good communication and teamwork skills;
- Proactive attitude and orientation on problem-solving.
