We are looking for someone with a proactive profile, results-oriented, fluent in English and with experience in Accounting & Finances operations.

• Ensure bookkeeping aligns with group accounting policies and procedures
• Deliver high-quality and reliable financial data
• Review month-end closing entries (e.g., depreciation, accruals, IFRS adjustments)
• Perform account reviews and reconciliations
• Support efficient period-end closing processes
• Ensure compliance with IFRS standards
• Review and submit monthly financial reports within group deadlines
• Prepare variance analyses and explain significant deviations
• Continuously improve reporting processes and identify automation opportunities
• Automate data preparation and report generation where feasible
• Provide guidance and support to team members
• Supervise and coach junior staff on selected activities
• Identify and resolve issues or unexpected events during operations

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong command of English (written and verbal)
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and IFRS
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills
• Familiarity with modern accounting practices
• Experience in process documentation is a plus
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to lead and develop team members
