Discover the Role

The Accounting & Tax Manager is responsible for overseeing the accounting and tax operations within the RDC Bogotá (Regional Delivery Center), focusing in process optimization while acting as a key liaison between RDC, local offices, and clients.


Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise accounting and tax processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
  • Oversee reconciliations, journal entries, and tax filings, identifying and resolving discrepancies, when necessary.
  • Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and standardization across accounting and tax functions.
  • Coordinate with local offices, regulatory bodies, and clients to ensure seamless operations and issue resolution.
  • Provide guidance and training to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and efficiency.

Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting. 
  • 5+ years of experience as manager in accounting and tax, preferably in a shared services environment.
  • Experience as a people manager. 
  • Strong knowledge of local USGAAP and IFRS.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and process automation tools.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
