Discover the Role
TMF Group is looking for an RDC – Accounting & Tax Supervisor to lead and oversee accounting and reporting operations within a centralized delivery model. This role is ideal for experienced accounting professionals with strong leadership skills, a continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to manage teams while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of analysts to ensure timely and accurate execution of general accounting and reporting processes, providing guidance and oversight to uphold best practices and standards
  • Mentor and develop team members through ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance support
  • Coordinate closely with cross‑functional teams and key stakeholders to address and resolve complex accounting matters
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance against defined KPIs and objectives, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing productivity and quality enhancements
  • Act as a subject matter expert on local accounting standards, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance and consistency
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing processes and enhancing operational efficiency
  • Serve as a point of escalation for complex issues and disputes, ensuring effective and timely resolutions
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports and performance updates to senior management to support strategic planning and decision‑making

Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
    (Advanced degree or professional certification is preferred, not excluding)
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Accounting, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role (not excluding)
  • Proven experience leading teams within a BPO / SSC / centralized delivery model
  • Strong experience overseeing reconciliation processes, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate teams and promote a culture of accountability and excellence
  • Proven track record in process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
  • Fluent English (written and spoken), C1 level or at least strong B2
