TMF Group está buscando un profesional innovador con 4–6 años de experiencia en automatización, diseño de servicios y mejora continua, con sólidas habilidades de comunicación en inglés y español y dominio de herramientas como Power Automate y Lean Six Sigma.


Key Responsibilities
  • Desing user-centered services for RDC Americas using methodologies such as design thinking and service blueprint.
  • Identify processes suitable for automation and lead their implementation (e.g. Power Automate, Alteryx).
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma, Scrum or similar methodologies.
  • Manage innovation project from ideation to implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and offices to ensure adoption of solutions.
  • Track and report KPIs relates to transformation and innovation.
  • Communicate effectively in English and Spanish with Global stakeholders.

Key Requirements
  • 4 to 6 years in roles related to automation, innovation, continuous improvement, or service design.
  • A degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Computing Science, or related field.
  • Some education in Service Design is desirable.
  • Experience with automation tools (Power Automate, UiPath, Zapier, etc.).
  • Knowledge of service design methodologies (Design Thinking, Customer Journey Mapping).
  • English proficiency (B2 or higher).
  • Project management knowledge (Agile or traditional).
  • Desirable certifications in Lean Six Sigma or similar.
  • Other characteristics: accurate, self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team, deadline driven and able to maintain a portfolio of clients.
