Discover the Role
TMF Group is looking for a Junior Corporate Legal Secretary to join our team in Bogotá. This role will support our Global Entity Management team in Canada, focusing on commercial and corporate law for international companies establishing entities or branches in Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and file annual legal returns.
  • Draft meeting minutes.
  • Support corporate governance processes.
  • Perform paralegal tasks related to corporate governance.
  • Review legal documents.
  • Maintain all legal documentation in proper order; provide secretarial support to the legal team.
  • Upload and manage legal information in internal databases.
  • Maintain and update data in ENATE and ViewPoint.
  • Manage client data and ensure accuracy in all systems.
  • Support ENATE processes, including onboarding new clients and updating their information.
  • Handle document transactions and coordination.
  • Assist with tasks similar to an accounting assistant, but within the legal function.

Key Requirements
  • Recent Law graduates
  • English level: B2/C1
  • Strong written English with the ability to draft formal governance documents
  • Experience in corporate governance (preferred)
  • Previous experience with software such as Enate and ViewPoint (preferred)
