Discover the Role

Support the HR & Payroll team. Responsible for calculating payroll and taxes. Perform accounting policy and reporting deliverables to the client. The incumbent of this position is responsible for performing their work in a timely and efficient manner in order to deliver their work to their supervisor prior to the due date indicated in the schedules agreed with the clients.


Key Responsibilities

- Calculate payroll for each of the assigned clients.

 - Calculate taxes for each of the assigned clients. And obtain the capture lines for payment, prior approval of your supervisor.

 - Produce the payroll reports agreed with the client, ensuring that they reflect the result of the calculations made.

 - Make the proposal of the annual calendar for clients

 - Perform the calculation of the SBC, submit additions, cancellations and salary modifications before the IMSS.

 - Prepare the payment files agreed with the clients.

 - Manage the employee files of the clients in charge.

 - Calculate terminations and settlements upon request, according to the client's policies and legal guidelines.

 - Perform the payroll CFDI stamping process within the legally established timeframes and as agreed with the client.

 - Perform the CFDI validation process according to the processes established for this purpose.



Key Requirements

Grade: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Business or a related field. 

 - Experience: 1 - 2 years working experience

 - Technical knowledge:

 - English: Intermediate - Advanced

 - Software: Good command of MS Excel and Word. 

 - Skills: Proactivity, initiative and attention to detail. To be an organized person with adherence to standards, to comply and create processes that ensure consistency, coherence and accuracy in the information elaborated. Have the ability to identify and anticipate basic errors in relation to their activities.
