Discover the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Semi-Senior to play a key role in supporting financial operations for Canadian clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across accounting processes such as bank reconciliations, payment processing, and tax preparation.


Key Responsibilities
  • Perform and review bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Manage payment processing, including preparation, scheduling, and execution of transactions.
  • Handle tax preparation and submissions, ensuring compliance with Canadian tax regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve discrepancies and provide financial insights.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities, contributing to timely and accurate reporting.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of client financial data.

Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Accounting (Including Bank reconciliations).
  • Proficient in ensuring accurate reconciliation of reports and accounts.
  • Excellent English language skills (B2-C1), both written and spoken.
