We are looking for an Internal Payroll Assistant with a background in finance-related fields such as Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration. The ideal candidate will have over one year of experience in payroll, social security, and bank reconciliations, along with at least six months of hands-on experience using ERP systems for payroll processes. Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level) are essential for success in this role.
- Perform the complete payroll calculation according to its periodicity.
- Review and include updates sent by different departments in the payroll.
- Ensure the correct submission of the monthly social security contributions.
- Maintain accurate records of information related to payroll process accumulations.
- Regularly reconcile the updates applied in payroll for the purposes of social security payments, third-party deductions (such as wage garnishments, AFC account payments, voluntary contributions, etc.).
- Degree as a technologist and/or professional in financial areas (Public Accountant, Industrial Engineer, Financial Administrator, Business Administrator).
- Over 1 year of experience in payroll, social security, and bank reconciliations.
- More than 6 months of experience using an ERP system, especially in payroll processes.
- Attention to detail and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially intermediate-level Excel).
