Serve as the first point of contact at the reception desk, exemplifying professionalism and hospitality to manage various administrative tasks with efficiency and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

* Reception Management tasks as of collecting visitor details as required, handling incoming calls, driver coordination, delivery and supplier management, general office administration, organize and manage contractors for office maintenance;
 * Collaborate with team members to support office operations effectively;
* Ensure the office environment is well-maintained, organized, and functional;
 * Generate monthly reports;
 * Arrange appointments and manage bookings for special events;
 * Engage with different departments within TMF Group for project-based work.


Key requirements

* 1 year experience in an office administration role or similar;
 * Bachelor degree;
 * Competent with MS Office suite and familiar with modern office technologies;
 * Proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills;
 * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage a front-end office environment;
 * Excellent organizational and time management skills;
 * Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
