As a risk support analyst, you will be responsible for coordinating all audit & compliance related tasks for the regulated entities on behalf of the Global Technology department. Your primary objective will be to ensure efficient tracking, management, and completion of compliance while providing necessary updates the relevant stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with various teams to implement audit recommendations and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor, track, and report the technology-related risks on behalf of the GTS / Local IT Requirements.
- Compliance Oversight: - Manage and oversee all compliance activities across technology, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements across EMEA (specially Luxemburg, Switzerland, Netherland and Nordics. Develop and maintain a comprehensive audit calendar in collaboration with other audit parties, tracking upcoming audits, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Coordination and Collaboration: - Collaborate with internal teams to gather required documentation and evidence. Facilitate communication between audit teams, internal stakeholders, and external auditors to address queries and resolve issues promptly, if needed.
- Tracking and Reporting: - Implement robust tracking mechanisms to monitor the progress of activities, identifying bottlenecks and escalating issues as necessary. Prepare regular reports and updates for the stakeholders.
- Staying up to date with external regulatory changes pertaining to the technology: must stay informed about new technologies and industry trends that may pose risks to the organization. This may include attending conferences, participating in industry groups, and reading industry publications.
- Knowledge on ISO, ISAE, DORA, CSSF, EBA, FINMA, etc. compliance guidelines.
- Information Security and ISO Certifications will be an additional advantage.
- Experience with dealing with information security, audit, technology, and business teams.
- Strong sense of accountability and ownership; understand your role and accept individual responsibility for seeing a task through to its completion (end-to-end), understand when and how to escalate, take the appropriate risk (avoid unnecessary risk) and understand the impact of decisions
- Ability and willingness to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong internal and external customer orientation, with a service mindset.
- Have an extremely high level of energy. Have a robust sense of humour.
- Polite, courteous, and professional attitude, willing to drive the outcome or results.
- Proactive team player.
- Ability to communicate at all levels, confidence dealing with C-Level stakeholders, must-do approach, attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of audit processes, standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR, HIPAA)
- 10+ years of experience in compliance management and large organizations.
- A service mindset/attitude.
- Ability to analyse, present, and support the decision-making process using data.
- Managed large and complex technology environments with a sizeable global team.
