We are looking for a bilingual SPC Accounting Manager to join our rapidly growing SPC Accounting team in Tokyo, Japan. A successful candidate will be responsible for all duties associated with SPC Accounting (financial reporting, bookkeeping, transaction management, stakeholder relationship etc...), while also coaching and guiding junior SPC Accountants. * Verifying financial information including but not limited to; monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements, tax filings, online banking transactions, prior to submitting to clients
 * Actively involve in coaching junior SPC accountants with preparations
 * Ensure completion of tax filings and audits within designated timeline
 * Assist managers in preparing presentation materials for a client pitch
* Engage in stakeholder relationship management duties by responding to client inquiries, and attending video calls/conferences as per requests
 * Other duties may be assigned
 * Team management (performance, work schedule) duties
 * Lead the provision of high-level customer service on sensitive and complex items assigned entities and projects

 * Bachelor's degree or above
* 7+ years experience in accounting, with prior experience in real estate/SPC management/investment firms, or handled SPC clients within tax accountant offices/BPOs
 * Knowledge of Japanese accounting standards and tax regulations.
 * Team management experience
 * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
 * Fluency in Japanese (native level) and business-level English.
* Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
