The Sales Operations Junior Specialist role is a strong opportunity for ambitious, diligent, detail-oriented, and goal-oriented professionals with a proactive, solution-focused mindset. In this position, you will play an important role in the sales support and contract administration process, supporting the Sales team globally. The Sales Operations Junior Specialist reports to the Sales Operations Manager and works in a hybrid model from one of the offices in Warsaw or Katowice.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate effectively with the Global Sales team and Account Managers to prepare proposals for clients
  • Become familiar with proposals, including the scope of services and fees currently provided by the company
  • Monitor the status of prepared proposals and RFPs, including sharing updates with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure all status changes related to clients and contracts are accurately reflected in the CRM system in a timely manner
  • Ensure CRM data is accurate and up to date
  • Provide regular and ad hoc reports and CRM exports to business stakeholders
  • Maintain sales materials, proposals, and contract templates to ensure they are current and aligned with business needs

Key Requirements

  • Full proficiency in English
  • Strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
  • Good level of proficiency in MS Office
  • Experience working in a matrix environment, collaborating with colleagues across functions and geographies toward shared goals
  • Experience as a user or administrator of a CRM system is an advantage
