Discover the Role

As a Senior Accountant at TMF Group, you will manage advanced accounting and tax processes for a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring full compliance with local legislation and internal procedures. You will handle complex transactions, review financial statements, and provide expert guidance on regulatory changes. Working with clients from various industries, you will continuously deepen your technical expertise and stay ahead of evolving accounting standards, gaining exposure to intricate financial structures and best practices in a global environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing financial statements, including reporting to various authorities such as VAT returns, statistical reports, etc.;
  • Ensure the completeness, accuracy and quality of the accounting information;
  • Support the audits of the clients;
  • Review and supervise the work of junior team members, providing on-the-job training and guidance;
  • Engage in team-based problem-solving for accounting and tax compliance issues;
  • Regular communication and cooperation with the clients of the company;
  • Processing the accounting data into company accounting system when necessary;
  • Preparing routine correspondence to various parties.

Key Requirements

The successful candidate is analytical and methodical with proven track record in accounting. Possesses deep knowledge of local legislations coupled with exemplary people skills. Integrity, team spirit and strong organizational skills are highly valued attributes.

Ideally, you are meeting following hiring criteria:

  • Very good understanding of accounting principles - at least 5 years of previous working experience is highly preferred;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
  • Strong numerical aptitude;
  • Good team player;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office package, especially Excel;
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or a related field
