Discover the Role

The Cash Management Senior Administrator will be supporting the Cash Management Team in the provision of a high-quality client service, producing service deliverables for a portfolio of clients, including the preparation of data, and acting as a primary day to day contact for the provision of those services, to meet stakeholders’ and client expectations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the day to day duties across the client portfolio in accordance with the required timeframes;
  • Collect appropriate data from clients and input/collate on the internal database;
  • Respond to various daily queries from internal and external contacts;
  • Request and collate supporting information prior to set up of payments;
  • Prepare and input payments on various banking systems managed by the Cash Management team;
  • Liaise with the approvers to arrange the payments and provide all of the relevant supporting information;
  • Monitor the bank accounts and confirm transfer of payments;
  • Prepare and collate cash reconciliation for the various client bank accounts as required;
  • Assist the team with annual billing, onboarding and internal processes/controls;
  • Learn and provide support and assist with client management tasks including debt management and billing;
  • Provide assistance to junior members of the team when appropriate;
  • Assist the Cash Management team, Managers, Department Head with various tasks as and when requested;
  • Ensure appropriate controls and procedures are implemented and adhered to.

Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in an office environment;
  • Proficient in all MS Office packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook);
  • Previous experience with banking platforms is an advantage;
  • Knowledge and understanding of payment processes and systems desired;
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English;
  • Resourceful, independent and strong problem-solving abilities;
  • Excellent written and communication skills, with ability to articulate and communicate with clients in a concise and professional manner;
  • Strong ability to plan ahead and organize themselves.
