We are looking for a Senior Administrator to join our dynamic Private Wealth & Family Office team, delivering exceptional service to high-net-worth individuals and families. In this role, you will support the Line Manager in overseeing the team, act as the first point of contact for junior staff, and ensure seamless client service delivery. You will play a key role in managing client relationships, supervising team members, and executing a variety of banking, investment, and financial transactions within your authority.
- Undertake banking, investment, and financial transactions within defined authority.
- Attend client meetings, prepare clear and concise meeting notes, and take ownership of client work.
- Develop client and intermediary relationships.
- Assist the Line Manager with team management.
- Act as a mentor and first point of contact for junior staff.
- Act as a Category “B” signatory.
- Identify and escalate technical issues or potential problems.
- Provide technical assistance to administrators and review non-complex work.
- Demonstrate awareness of risk management and governance frameworks.
- Ensure consistent high standards of delivery aligned with TMF values.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, handling difficult situations diplomatically.
- Evaluate and report on client service levels.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Trust/Corporate industry.
- Ideally studying towards a relevant “Table 4” professional qualification as defined by the JFSC.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
