In this role, you will also contribute to client implementations, system optimization initiatives, reporting, and ongoing operational support. Success requires a detail-oriented mindset, strong problem-solving skills, proficiency in Nexon software, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple stakeholders.
- Participate in the implementation of new clients;
- Support and maintain Nexonber and Nexon4 applications, including:
- System configuration and parameterization
- Troubleshooting issues and collaborating with the software vendor to resolve incidents
- Provide support to payroll specialists and end users;
- Assist in resolving issues related to auxiliary applications and support their configuration;
- Participation in process optimization;
- Prepare and generate reports based on business and operational requirements;
- Collaborate with other departments, the local and global IT team.
- Advanced knowledge of Nexon software solutions;
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and payroll administration;
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team;
- An innovative, out-of-the-box mindset with strong problem-solving skills;
- Customer-centric approach and service-oriented attitude;
- Excellent communication skills in both Hungarian and English.
