TMF Singapore is looking for a Senior Assistant, Corporate Secretarial to join the team!


Key Responsibilities
  1. Newly incorporated client entities / transfer-in entities
  • Set-up physical minutes book/ register file/ Permanent File / RORC and ROND and print all the necessary documents for filing
  • Common Seal / Rubber Stamp.
  • Update of RFA list and purchase of COI.
  • For transfer-in entities - scanning, save & rename in O drive + Filings of old records (e.g. resolutions / old registers / ACRA filings etc) according to agreed number of years if no agreed number of years with the client,  the standard of last 3 years records to be DMS-ed.
  • Print & File resolutions and ACRA Filing into Minutes Book and Register File / Permanent File
  • Mail Redirection / Courier
  • Warehousing - Packing, Archiving or Retrieving
  • Making booking of meeting room for clients / auditors and sending calendar invites
  • Print of Documents requested by FH - Arrange for Signatures
  • ACRA - extracting of Electronic Registers / Business profiles / Extracts
  • Search old records from warehouse list
  • Retrieval of records from warehouse
  • Warehousing of Permanent Files
  • Updating RFA List (including removal)
