* Process vendor invoices accurately and timely in accordance with AP procedures
* Verify invoice details, approvals, tax requirements, and supporting documents
* Perform invoice booking, payment processing, and payment run support
* Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice/payment discrepancies
* Prepare AP reports (aging, outstanding invoices, payment status)
* Support month‑end closing activities related to accounts payable
* Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on AP-related queries
* Maintain proper documentation and audit trails
* Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and statutory requirements
* Support process improvement initiatives where applicable
* Handle ad‑hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor or team lead
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance.
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in Accounts Payable or a related field.
- Good analytical skills and detail oriented.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English
