Discover the Role

As a Senior Associate / Fund Accountant, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality fund accounting services to our clients in line with our procedures and applicable standards. You will be responsible for preparing financial statements, managing client relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to join our team and contribute to our continued success.


Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in accordance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Manage client relationships, responding to queries, and providing excellent customer service.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards.

  • An understanding of NAV & Distribution calculations desirable.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including investment managers, auditors, and regulators.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.

  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our clients' investment strategies, fund structures, and regulatory requirements.


Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • Studying towards a Professional certification (CA, CPA, or equivalent) highly desirable

  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience in fund accounting, or corporate accounting or a similar.

  • Knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards/Accounting standards (AASB) and regulatory requirements.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Strong team player skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and accounting software
