TMF Group is looking for the position of Senior Associate in Global Entity Management at Bangkok Office.

 * Handle corporate legal works in fields of corporate law, investment law, labour law and immigration law;

 * Demonstrate knowledge of, and experience with, laws dealing with government and/or commercial;

 * Provide and draft legal advice, legal documents, interpret legal information and/or regulations;

 * Develop strong client relationships and handle correspondences with clients in a timely manner.

 * Assist team in carrying out responsibilities.

* Bachelor’s Degree in Law or higher;

 * Minimum 3-year experience and interested in corporate field preferably with an international firm;

 * Strong knowledge of regulatory law and legal aspects;

 * Good command of written and spoken English;

 * Able to deal and/or communicate with government authorities and clients.
