This role focuses on reconciling portfolio and cash activity, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting NAV calculations. You’ll work closely with fund accounting teams, manage deliverables, and provide audit-ready documentation. Strong Excel skills and familiarity with financial instruments are key.

• Reconcile all portfolio and cash activity to source data
• Identify issues from reconciliation and resolve breaks with accounting team/client.
• Maintain deliverable timeline to ensure subsequent tasks can proceed without disruption
• Ensure all client deliverables are prepared accurately and with a high level of quality
• Request and save clear evidence of each transaction and provide supporting documentation for audit.
• Understand basic accounting principles, and book transactions into our accounting software Archway ATWeb,
• Collaborate with fund accounting team to ensure the net asset value (NAV) calculation is accurate
• Answer questions from other TMF teams or clients on transactions

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related areas.
• At least 2 years of previous Fund Accounting experience
• Knowledge of fundamental financial industry, such as private funds (open/close ended), financial instruments, etc.
• Proactive task management, time management, inbox organization & strong communication skills
• Be able to organize and deliver information (internally and externally) clearly and concisely (written and verbal)
• Relationship building; both internal and external
• Proficient in MS Excel.
