Discover the Role


The Global Entity Management team is seeking a detail-oriented professional with experience in regulatory compliance and personal data protection to support DPIA/DTIA assessments, regulatory filings, and client-facing compliance activities in a dynamic international environment.




Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing, lodging, and managing regulatory filings, licenses, and approvals with competent authorities in Vietnam.
  • Conduct Personal Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA) and Data Transfer Impact Assessments (DTIA), coordinating with competent authorities as required.
  • Review contracts, agreements, and internal documents to ensure compliance with PDPL and corporate governance requirements.
  • Support clients in establishing and maintaining internal compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures related to personal data protection.
  • Assist with the appointment and registration of the Data Protection Officer (DPO) as required under PDPL.
  • Update compliance trackers and maintain compliance calendars.
  • Participate in training programs and courses on personal data protection as prescribed or required by applicable competent or supervisory authorities under Vietnamese Law.
  • Collaborate with senior team members and global privacy offices to deliver consistent, high-quality compliance and governance services.
  • Assist higher levels with tasks related to Company Secretarial/ compliance to meet the customer’s requirements on time.
  • Assist senior team members in lodging the applications and other required documents with the competent government authorities.
  • Support other matters as assigned and instructed by higher levels.

Key Requirements
  • Have 2-4 years relevant experience gained in professional firm/ CPA firm/law firm (priority given to candidates with prior experience conducting DPIA/DTIA assessments and compliance under Decree 13/2023/ND-CP).
  • Good computer skills and familiar with Viewpoint system as an advantage.
  • Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Demonstrated training and development in legal knowledge and professional skills related to personal data protection.
