We are seeking a Senior Dynamics CRM Developer who will be responsible for implementing and supporting CRM applications for TMF Group. Successful candidates must be resourceful, detail-oriented, and self-directed, with a passion for understanding their clients' business and implementing technical requirements in a way that fulfils that need. Key Responsibilities
  • Candidate should have excellent knowledge and expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM (Online with 365). Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service and portal development, Testing, Implementing, Debugging and Documenting the complex program
  • Candidate should have Solid skills in Azure/PowerApps, Visual Studio, GitHub. Proficiency in developing efficient Client-side scripting using Plug-In, Workflows, and Custom Business Processes, and a fair level of knowledge in developing applications
  • Candidate should be able to understand the technical and functional documents. Should be capable of designing and developing the UI, business logic tier, data tier and integration tier along with testing and maintenance of the product
  • Candidate will be working with client stakeholders to understand business drivers, ensure usability, scalability, and satisfaction, and act as liaison between the client, technical and design teams to implement technical roadmap in alignment.
  • Candidate must work closely with product managers to understand functionalities and use cases of the product and create prototypes.
  • Candidate to ensure that all the standard requirements have been met and is involved in performing the technical analysis.
  • Candidate should collaborate with Product Managers in project delivery planning, applying knowledge of the requirements and past project delivery experience to help identify risks and prioritize tasks
  • Candidate should be adept in the use of tools and technologies across layers: proficient in working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform technologies, creating, querying & manipulating databases, APIs and integration, front-end code (HTML/CSS) and web stack back-end technologies (.Net)
  • Candidate must have a sound understanding of CI/CD processes, Agile development, possess deep understanding of programming fundamentals and can learn new framework, languages and tools as required

Key Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Enterprise application solutions/development
  • Must have good technical knowledge and experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 configuration and customization
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in Power Portal
  • Hands on experience with Power Automate (Flow), Power Apps, Power BI, Custom Controls
  • In-Depth knowledge of and experience in Customer Service module of Dynamics 365
  • Good to have strong experience in integration technologies to connect internal & third-party systems.
  • Experience using Microsoft Azure Dev Ops is preferred
  • Experience using Agile development methodology to conceptualize and deliver software.
  • Having Microsoft Dynamics Certifications is good to have
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills. Open to learn new technologies and capabilities
