We also build teams that will be responsible for handling international funds and supporting internal financial processes of the TMF Group.


Discover the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Compliance Administrator to join our Compliance Team.

In this role, you will be integral in supporting the development and maintenance of a robust compliance culture across TMF Group. You will work closely with senior leaders, including the Senior Compliance Managers and Head of Compliance, to ensure adherence to all relevant legal, regulatory, and internal standards. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented professional looking to make an impact in a dynamic international company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Compliance Leadership: Collaborate with the Senior Compliance Manager and Head of Compliance to maintain and enhance TMF’s compliance framework.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Assist with the execution of the Compliance Monitoring Plan (CMP), conduct compliance tests, draft reports, and monitor the resolution of identified findings.
  • Regulatory Framework Maintenance: Ensure TMF’s systems, policies, and procedures are aligned with local and international regulatory requirements.
  • Risk Management: Identify compliance risks and inefficiencies, providing recommendations for process improvements and best practices.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular compliance monitoring reports for management and Board presentations.
  • Internal Guidance: Act as a resource for business units, offering compliance advice and keeping teams updated on regulatory changes.
  • Training & Development: Participate in and contribute to compliance training initiatives and the ongoing improvement of compliance processes.

Key Requirements
  • Qualifications: A relevant Compliance Qualification (e.g., ICA Diploma/Certificate) is preferred.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a compliance role, ideally within financial services, trust, or fund services.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experienced in managing compliance databases and registers.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior management and boards.
  • Independence & Collaboration: Ability to work autonomously while building strong relationships within the organization.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure TMF’s compliance framework is upheld to the highest standards through informed, accurate decision-making.
  • Commercial Awareness: Understand the impact of compliance on TMF’s operations and its clients.
  • Leadership: While not directly managing a team, you’ll guide junior staff and help ensure the team delivers high-quality results.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, escalating issues when necessary and influencing senior decision-makers.
  • Client Service Excellence: Proactively seek ways to improve compliance services and enhance value for clients.
