Discover the Role

The Corporate Lawyer reports directly to the Legal Director. Responsibilities include legal works on corporate law, investment law, labour law, and other fields of law.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide and draft legal advice, legal documents, interpret legal information and/or regulations.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of, and experience with, laws dealing with government and/or commercial.
  • Prepare all applications and proceed for the registration in various matters such as; establishment of the company, increase of capital, change of director and shareholders etc.
  • Prepare all applications and proceed for the obtaining licenses in various matters such as; Foreign Business License, Board of Investment Promotion, other operating licenses etc.
  • Review, check, and conduct Due-Diligence report.
  • Assist team in updating laws and regulations.
  • Research matter of laws, regulations, past judicial decisions.
  • Handle corporate legal works in fields of corporate law, investment law, labour law and immigration law.
  • Manage and prepare all requirement for the Board of Directors meeting and the extraordinary/ ordinary meeting of Shareholders, including drafting a notice and minutes.
  • Develop strong client relationships and handle correspondences with clients in a timely manner.
  • Assist team in carrying out responsibilities.

Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law or higher
  • Qualified lawyer license
  • Open to experience professionals with corporate law/secretarial, and licensing background. Preferably 4-6 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory law and legal aspects.
  • Good analytical skill.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and presentation skill.
  • Able to deal and/or communicate with government authorities and clients.
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadline.
  • Good team management, teamwork with positive mindset.
