TMF

The Senior Dynamics 365 Test Analyst is responsible for leading and executing both automation and functional testing across enterprise platforms including:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
• PowerApps / Power Platform
• Service Management Tools (SMT)

This is a hands-on QA role requiring strong automation expertise, deep CRM knowledge, and experience ensuring high-quality releases in an Agile environment.

1. Automation & Functional Testing

• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks using tools like C#, Selenium, EasyRepro, and SpecFlow
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing
• Test across:
  • Dynamics 365 CRM
  • PowerApps / Power Platform
  • SMT and web applications
• Analyse test results and identify defects

2. Quality Assurance & Collaboration

• Apply QA methodologies and best practices
• Collaborate with developers, product teams, and business stakeholders
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of testing activities

3. Defect & Test Management

• Use Azure DevOps (TFS)for:
  • Test planning and execution
  • Requirement tracking
  • Reporting and dashboards
• Manage defect lifecycle (log, track, validate, closure)
• Conduct regression testing after fixes

4. Dynamics 365, PowerApps & SMT Testing

• Test CRM configurations, workflows, and customisations
• Validate PowerApps (Canvas/Model-driven apps) and integrations
• Ensure data integrity, security roles, and system performance
• Provide recommendations to improve product quality

Technical Skills

• Strong experience in:
  • Dynamics 365 CRM testing
  • PowerApps / Power Platform testing (mandatory)
  • SMT testing
• Automation skills:
  • C#, Selenium, SpecFlow, EasyRepro
• Experience with end-to-end enterprise application testing

Tools & Technologies

• Azure DevOps / TFS
• Visual Studio
• Dynamics 365 CRM & Power Platform (Dataverse)
• Automation tools: Selenium, SpecFlow, EasyRepro, TestComplete
• CI/CD tools: TeamCity, Octopus

Core Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of QA processes and test lifecycles
• Experience in requirement analysis and defect management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Good to Have

• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing modules
• Understanding of data flows and integrations across CRM, PowerApps, SMT
