Discover the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Microsoft Entra, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM), AzureB2C, Conditional Access, Enterprise Applications, Federation Services, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Identity Security, and related technologies. This role will be pivotal in designing, implementing, and managing our identity and access solutions to ensure robust security and seamless user experiences.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implementation: Architect and implement identity and access management solutions using Microsoft Entra and related technologies to meet organizational needs and industry standards.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide deep technical knowledge and insights on IAM, CIAM, AzureB2C, Conditional Access, Enterprise Applications, Federation Services, PKI, and Identity Security.
  • Security Policies: Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and best practices related to identity and access management to safeguard sensitive information and systems.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and application development, to ensure cohesive integration and alignment of identity services.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to identity and access management, including conducting regular security assessments and audits.
  • Azure B2C Custom Flows and User Flows: Develop, implement, and manage Azure B2C Custom Flows and User Flows to facilitate personalized and secure user experiences. Customize authentication processes, manage user profiles, and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
  • Standards and Protocols: Ensure compliance with industry standards and protocols such as SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), OAuth 2.0, and others.
  • Training and Support: Provide technical guidance, training, and support to internal teams and stakeholders on identity and access management solutions and best practices.
  • Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in identity and access management technologies and recommend enhancements to existing systems.

Key Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 
  • Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in identity and access management, with a focus on Entra, IAM, CIAM, AzureB2C, and related technologies.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Entra and AzureB2C, PKI Infrastructure
  • Strong understanding of IAM and CIAM principles and practices.
  • Experience with conditional access policies and multi-factor authentication.
  • Knowledge of federation services, including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
  • Familiarity with enterprise application integration.
  • Understanding of identity security best practices and zero-trust principles.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and experience working with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation workflows. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) or higher
