Discover the Role

In this role, you will support our clients with their accounting and tax compliance needs while gaining exposure to an international working environment. This position will work on-site at our client's office.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage intercompany transactions including reconciliation, oversea payment settlement and billings · Handle day-to-day accounting functions including account payables, receivables, bookkeeping, journal entries.
  • Collect supporting documents (signed contract/PO, tax invoice, timesheet, etc.); make sure details meet local tax requirements for CIT deductibility & VAT creditability; maintain a registry of non-deductible expenses for CIT calculation at year end.
  • Maintain proper filing of hard copies for statutory and tax audit.
  • Vendor onboarding, PR, PO and GR creation for Finance related purchases (e.g. audit fee, finance system charges,etc.).
  • Work with customer to issue VAT invoices and other adjustment.
  • Prepare account reconciliation monthly basis ( cash, AR, AP, Interco….).
  • Liaise with auditors on the auditing process, handle statutory accounts and tax submissions, prepare and monitor audit and tax schedules.
  • Report and resolve any non-conformances and process in timely manner.
  • Verify staff’s claims and other payment documents.
  • Ensure proper accounting records and filings are maintained with accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform other administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Key Requirements
  • Degree Holder in Accountancy or business related disciplines;
  • 3 - 6 years’ experience in CPA firms or multinational companies;
  • Sound knowledge of international accounting and banking practices;
  • Good command of written and spoken English;
  • Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage;
  • Pursuing or qualified in Local professional examinations.
