This role will encompass all aspects of the operation life cycle of private investment funds, covering private equity, real estate, venture capital, hedge fund, fund of funds and managed portfolio. You will be working closely with Fund Accounting Managers, and your responsibilities will include:
· Performing the administration duties of any services as required under the administration agreements in respect of private fund clients
· Assisting in the on-boarding of new clients/investors and opening of necessary bank/broker accounts
· Preparation of data and accounting entries into the fund accounting system for review by supervisors
· Performing transaction reconciliations, Net Asset Value calculations, financial statements and associated reports
· Preparation of banking and payment transactions
· Supporting accounting year-end filing and liaising with auditors
University or College degree, preferably with a major in accounting/finance
· Preferably with relevant experience in accounting or related field
· A proven interest in the financial markets and fund industry
· Intermediate to Advance level MS Excel skills
· Strong aptitude for numbers and accuracy
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
· Excellent proficiency in English and Mandarin (both verbal and written)
· A fast learner and a team player
