Discover the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive with strong expertise in UAE visa and immigration operations. The role focuses on managing end‑to‑end immigration processes, coordinating with UAE authorities, and supporting business continuity through accurate, compliant, and timely delivery of immigration and HR services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end‑to‑end UAE employment and dependent visa processes
  • Handle work permits and labour cards in line with MOHRE regulations
  • Support Golden Visa, visit visa, and business visa applications
  • Coordinate with MOHRE, ICP, UAE MOFA, Free Zones, and other government authorities
  • Prepare employment contracts and issue HR letters (NOC, salary certificates, confirmations, etc.)
  • Liaise with insurance providers for health insurance coordination
  • Track visa and work‑permit expiries and ensure timely renewals
  • Maintain accurate, audit‑ready immigration records and documentation
  • Coordinate with Billing and Finance teams to support accurate and timely invoicing for immigration and HR services
  • Resolve billing queries by liaising between clients, billing, and internal teams when required
  • Act as a subject‑matter expert for complex immigration cases and support junior team members

Key Requirements
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in UAE HR visa and immigration services
  • Proven experience handling employment visas, dependent visas, labour compliance, and employment contract drafting
  • Experience in a professional services or corporate services environment preferred
  • Strong knowledge of UAE immigration regulations and authority processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
