Discover the Role

As a Senior Legal Officer, you will play a vital role in delivering a smooth experience for clients during their company registration and compliance journey in KSA. Your focus will be on ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and clear communication at every step, making the process simple and transparent for our clients.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client registrations across key government portals, ensuring compliance and timely submissions.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, requesting required documents and keeping them informed.
  • Communicate with government authorities to resolve client queries and expedite approvals.
  • Coordinate client visits to relevant authorities with the PRO team.
  • Monitor project milestones and proactively prevent delays.
  • Handle renewals of business licenses and subscriptions to maintain compliance.
  • Liaise with Finance for government fee payments and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree (Law or related field preferred).
  • 4+ years of experience in legal compliance or corporate services/Law firm
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with foreign clients.
  • Familiarity with KSA regulations and government portals is preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
