• Manage client relationships and trust administration independently
• Communicate with clients, advisors, banks and other professional parties
• Provide general trust and structuring advice to clients
• Monitor the speed and quality of services provided to clients
• Assist in business development of the Trustee Department
• Attending meetings with advisors or other third parties on clients' referrals
• Degree in business related discipline, or demonstrate equivalent relevant experience
• Completed relevant professional qualification: STEP/ACCA or Law
• Minimum 5 years in trust administration in financial institution, trust companies or professional firms
• Strong experience preferably in financial institutions, trust companies or professional firms
• Having company secretarial administration experience is an advantage.
• Able to communicate at all level with mature interpersonal skills.
• Good connection with clients and professional intermediaries
• Excellent in spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
• Good command of written English and Chinese
