As a Senior Manager Private Wealth & Family Office, you will play a key leadership role in delivering high-quality administrative services to a portfolio of complex Private Wealth and Real Estate structures. Based in Jersey, you’ll lead a team of professionals, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and exceptional client service. This is a dynamic opportunity to shape the future of our Private Wealth offering—combining hands-on portfolio management with strategic input into business development, financial planning, and process improvement. You’ll collaborate with clients, intermediaries, and internal stakeholders across jurisdictions, contributing to both client success and TMF Group’s global growth.
- Team & Portfolio Management: Leading a team in Jersey and managing a complex portfolio of Private Wealth and Real Estate structures
- Client Service: Ensuring high-quality, compliant service delivery to clients and intermediaries
- Operational Oversight: Managing workflow, productivity, and debtors; attending client meetings
- Ensuring compliance with internal procedures
- Technical Leadership: Providing guidance to administrators, sharing knowledge, and supporting cross-selling of TMF services
- Risk & Compliance: Demonstrating awareness of risk, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Category “B*” signatory, or Category “A” where required
- Business Development: Identifying opportunities for service improvement and client relationship growth
- Minimum Category “B” employee with:
- 3+ years’ experience and a JFSC Table 4 qualification, or
- 5+ years’ experience and a Table 5 qualification
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and fluent English
- Commercially aware, with experience managing client contracts, WIP, and fee negotiations
- Committed to high standards of client delivery and continuous improvement
- Accurate time recording and oversight of team timesheets
- Clear communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Trusted team player with integrity and problem-solving ability
