TMF Group in Luxembourg is looking for a Senior Onboarding Coordinator. You will be supporting client onboarding processes, maintain and develop client relationships. As a Senior Onboarding Coordinator, you will also lead and coordinate junior coordinator within the team and form collaborative relationships with internal teams to drive operational effectiveness.
- Lead and coordinate junior coordinator on the team
- Act as the day-to-day point of contact for the client during the onboarding process
- Maintain and develop client relationships, from the time of onboarding to launch of fund structure, acting in a professional, courteous and prompt manner
- Coordination of various tasks involved at entity set up phase, which will involve liaising with other 3rd party service providers across fund services and multiple internal teams
- Manage the client acceptance process, ensuring all documentation is complete and approved
- Engaging in a broad set of diverse functions, including collating client information
- Due diligence/KYC documents for submission for compliance approval
- Draft/review with our future clients our services agreements, review and negotiations of funds offering
- Forming collaborative relationships with internal teams to drive operational effectiveness ensuring client queries are dealt with promptly and appropriately
- Ensure all files & records are maintained in an accurate manner
- You hold a Degree in Financial Services, Law or Accounting
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position preferably in the Fund Industry and/or financial services industry
- Secure relationship skills, with an aptitude for written and verbal communication
- English fluent (spoken and written) is mandatory, with other languages being advantages
- Strong organisational, analytical and prioritisation skills
- You will have excellent communication skills both orally and in written
- Pro-active with a positive approach and result driven
- You are flexible and dynamic in your approach to work and can cope with shifting priorities and challenges
- A confident self-starter who understands the importance of team cooperation
