The Senior Payroll Consultant will be part of a growing payroll department, providing payroll services to a diverse range of international clients. He/she will have a solid understanding of payroll legislation and will be able to process payrolls from start to finish.
- Process payroll of complex clients who require special attention;
- Responsible for declarations (DMFA, Finprof, Belcotax) towards governmental bodies;
- Establish a good relationship with your clients based on trust;
- Be responsible for your client portfolio and manage it in cooperation with your supervisor;
- Train team members, answer questions from the team regarding complex payroll matters;
- Assist with and drive projects to improve the HRP department's daily operations. Drive and implement best practices;
- Act as a team player and contribute to the growth of our team with your ideas.
- Team player
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Fluent in both written and spoken English as well as Dutch or French
- Proven experience in payroll delivery (at least 3-4 years)
- Exposure to expat/international payrolls is desirable
- Responsible and organized
- Good communication skills - Communicates information in a clear and concise manner.
- Problem-solving attitude
- Expertise in all MS Office packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
- Experience working with Prisma (payroll system) and Officient is a plus
