Discover the Role
We are looking for a Senior Power Apps Developer with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. In this role, you will design and implement advanced business solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and related technologies to optimize processes and enhance productivity. You will collaborate with stakeholders, ensure application scalability and security, and mentor junior developers on best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop Canvas Apps and Model-driven Apps using Power Apps.
  • Integrate Power Apps with Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and other Microsoft services.
  • Build and configure Power Automate flows for process automation.
  • Customize and extend Dynamics 365 using Power Platform tools, JavaScript, plugins, and custom connectors.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
  • Ensure application performance, scalability, and compliance with security standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Power Apps and Dynamics 365.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers on Power Platform best practices.

Key Requirements

Must-Have Skills

  • 8–12 years of experience in Microsoft technologies, with 5+ years in Power Platform development.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse.
  • Proficiency in Dynamics 365 customization and configuration.
  • Knowledge of Power BI integration and reporting.
  • Experience with JavaScript, C#, Plugins, and Custom Connectors.
  • Familiarity with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) for Power Platform.
  • Understanding of security roles, data policies, and governance in Power Platform.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to Have

  • Experience with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions).
  • Knowledge of SharePoint, Teams integration, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
  • Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or Dynamics 365.
